Q.
hii mam..my breast was big till 1 month . now from 2days breast size became small and soft.. and getting pain like needle is precking..when I am feeding one side and other side was dribbling.. now it's not happening. and is it low of milk..? and my right breast is big and left is small .. is it common..?

The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for evaluation and advice. There will be some changes in the breast size while breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
