you you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

It happens because muscles get week after delivery and in such case you have to maintain a proper diet and it is very important it will help in giving strength to your body and if you can take a massage with coconut oil or almond oil regularly it will give strength to your muscle and bones
