Hii is it safe for 11 months old baby to have things like chocolates etc... will it cause any cavity or anything else ?#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko

A. yes can be guven. Diet containing of green vegetables and citrus fruits . A protein source like soyabean , paneer or egg and variety of food items with all cereal will help for weight and height gain and building of immunity . Pediasure protein powder after 2 yr of age .
