hii...iam pregnant nd it's 3 month for me..but I don't experience any kind of symptoms like vomitings nausea early morning sickness etc...only what I had is headache in the night I don't get sleep..is it okay if I don't experience any such symptoms in my 1st trimester

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai !! Every pregnancy case is different , though nausea ,morning sickness is common symptom of pregnancy in first trimester it doesnt mean healthy or unhealthy or compulsory to every one.
Very few doesnt have nausea and sickness they feel active and normal unlike others no need to worry.
Have balanced diet,fruits,vegetables ,listen music,book reading or any hobby.
Head ache might be due to less sleep ,straining so have good sleep engage into actvities reading,music or hobby in day time and have good sleep at night.
