hii I want to postpone my pregnancy for 2 to 3yrs.becoz I have a small of 10 months.can I get the information regarding to this issue

A. you can take oc pills.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as wellTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. hi yes mam,you should use some necessary precautions like contraceptives pills or copper t etc. but before using it any of them,you have to consult your gynecologist as he or she can give right guidance for this.
