Hii. i want to know the do and donts in the last 15 days.

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor. have less quantity of food but more frequently to maintain easy digestion and drink adequate water intake
