hii I'm a mother of 6 months baby I used to get v hard to pass stool and sometimes i can't bear the pain what to do ? from my delivery I'm going through this, when it will go or do I want to consult a doctor?

A. this is constipation. ear lots of fruits n take water in plenty. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
