hii I'm 9 month pregnant my due is on 21st September. can I take covid vaccine now ?? pls reply me soon

A. Covid vaccination like covishield/ covaxin in the breastfeeding mothers can be given very safely . According to the latest guidelines issued by healthy ministry pregnant women can also be now safely given the current available vaccines . so they can also register at covin app. Minor complications like fever lethargy pain at injection site can be handled safely by taking paracetamol . Presently children are noot included in this list. Mothers can cfeed their child as soon as required after the vaccination very safely with no side effects in the child

A. Hello mom Government has given permission to get vaccinated if you are pregnant but still many doctors are advising 1st to consult with your gynaecologist about it then only go for vaccination. Because your doctor can only advise you well according to your medical history during pregnancy Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
