hii, I have tested positive pregnancy symptoms also there but I have leg pain and body pain with more discharge in 4week

A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints and safe in pregnancy. Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

A. hi parent take supplements as suggested by your doctor visit your gynac once as well use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky massage with Babyhug coconut oil
