A. you should also start using Mamaearth rosemerry hair fall oil and shampoo.they boost strength to hair and controls hair fall. works for all types of water.

A. You can take it but it is not going to be enough I would recommend you to start applying onion coconut oil into your scalp that’s going to help you can prepare that oil at home also I would advise you if it is possible for you try using filtered water at least to wash your hair
