mother should eat good protiens liek dals, eggs, chicken, paneer, soya, tofu
variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well with lukewarm water , dal water, sauf water, soups

Have small and frequent balanced meals
Milk, milk with daliya and jaggery, oats, green vegetables, fresh fruits, paneer, multigrain roti
, steamed sprouts, methidana, dry fruits, makhana, jeera, ajwain, saunf all helps in increasing the breast milk
Include them in one or the other way in your diet
Also water 2 to 3 litre per day

Hello ma’am You can start eating lactation capsules that are easily available in the market otherwise you can get prescribed whilst with your gynaecologist or paediatrician. Also I must tell you if they increase your lactation in any manner than very well and good otherwise you can shift your child to formula feed completely that’s not an issue
