Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Start giving one solid or semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. You can give either rice porridge or ragi porridge or Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or stewed apples or mashed banana or any one fruit puree or clear vegetable soup or any one vegetable puree. Give one food item for 3 days to find out the foods the baby may be allergic to and then on the 4th day, start with a new food item. Give sips of water in between meals.
