hii dr meri 3.3 year ki beti hai now I plan a second child toh second baby ko conceive krne ke liye mother ka idel weight kitna hona chiye

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom har body alag hai tho that tend to vary , aapka appropriate weight for height check kare , though thoda bahut variation acceptable hai.
As it’s your second pregnancy their would be some weight excess to your BMI

It depends on ur height also.
If u are not overweight then no need to worry.
Do intercourse on the ovolution days as the chances of getting pregnant are more in these days. Start to take folic acid tablets by consulting your gynecologist as u are trying to conceive
