hii dr I'm 13 weeks pregnant and i have vomiting issue after taking vomiting medicine also what should do to to avoid vomiting

A. hi well ,you can reduce this vomiting by doing the below things: - avoid overeating - instead of large meals, prefer to take small and frequent meals -avoid taking greasy,spicy and highly processed food items - chew very tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt whenever you feel like vomiting -keep your self well hydrated
