hii dr am 18 week pregnant second pregnancy my current weight is 70 my gynecologist said to follow diet but my baby weight not gaining. don't know what to do

I understand your concern but if the child is gaining weight with what you are eating and you are not gaining then also it is okay because at the end of the day your weight is generally on a little higher side and if the child is taking proper growth then it’s okay and if the weight is yet not increasing then check with your doctor either this is due to poor digestion or nutritional deficiency that you were having
