hi ,I am in 23rd week ,twin pregnancy fetus1 weight 653gm fetus2 weight 602gm is this normal growth weight or any diet change I have to follow

The weight He is quite less as of now I hope it is going to increase anyways it is as the 23rd week to maybe by 39th week the week sweet if you are somewhere round 3 KG also then that’s going to be very good so try to have as much protein and fibre rich diet as much as you can
