once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.....about your conditions

Normal delivery is not in your hands so just relax although you can make efforts and prepare your body for the same by doing various pelvic floor exercises but only after consulting your doctor. I may remind you that being stressed out about normal delivery is not the right thing to do right. Be positive and be active.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello nothing to worry about just do not panic and keep yourself calm and do walking and any discomfort then immediately check with your doctor and also go as advised by a doctor which would be better and also safe for both you and your baby
