Q.

hii doctor, we have a premature baby at our home and he is hospitalised now as he is infected with dengue NS1, please guide me how to cure it, as some times he is not able to breath, your help, suggestion and opinions are required, we are taking this treatment under the observation of MD pediatrics.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 22 months old and he is born premature and now he has a Dengue infestation so give him plenty of fluids and get opinion of paediatrician

A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical evaluation. proper treatment suggestions would be given in certain CR cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment

Then You continue with the treatment as your doctor has advised you to and also consult a nutrition is the doctor can advise you with all the kind of food items that you should be giving to the child for this try to be really good amount of liquids are going to be helpful and also ask your doctor to check for adenoids your ass sometimes kids can suffer with adenoids also at this age where in they lose their breath for some seconds when they are crying or they have cold
