ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom check his weight according to his birth weight which tend to triple by one year of age and then yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs . You can give him whole eggs , cows milk , panner , ghee , dals and Channa , rajma , sprouts etc , also you can give dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits , vegetable, stuff paranthas, cereals
