hii doctor mere c-section delivery hoke 6 months huva I am giving breast feeding still I didn't get any periods after delivery I get continue 50 days bleeding , after that again I didn't get periods plz suggest me

A. its all normal. happens due to high prolactin required for breastmilk production. it can happen till one year still use effective contraceptive methods for child spacing and do pregnancy test Every month

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Wash hands often
