hii doctor mera baby 18month old h but bhi m mujhe bhut weakness rehti h ..or mujh bhut jy hirfll b ho raha h ..ky mujhe multivitamin leni chahiye.... konsi wali leni chahiye please suggest.

Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
