hii doctor 28 days old baby has wet fart .when he fart some water comes out sometimes with small amount of poop and sometimes without poop. actually my baby has jaundice when he was 10 days old and he was admitted in hospital for 2 days when he discharge doctor gave me some medicines polycav medicines for 10 days polypod for 10 days perinorm for 10 days D3met for 1 yera Fortus B for 6 months 15 days in each month mactase 5drops after every feeding saloni saline nasal drop 2 drops in each nostril after ever 4 hours I have given complete dose of every medicines. plzz help why my baby has wet fart and when he fart he feel some pain also and he is crying is something serious.?
