hii doc...... after 5th month of c section i put up some heavy thing, then i feel little pain on left side of my belly and lower side of my back from past 3 days... I'm worried.... what will i do .... plzz suggest....

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
