During night time for dinner you should get something proper 4 to the child porridge khichadi which is like a dinner kind of an item Apple is an appetiser you should give it during the time of breakfast to the child but not in terms of dinner to the child

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Continue breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Good luck and take care.
