hii am giving normal delivery birth my baby is now 35 days completed.. now am having again periods now.. is it normal???

Yes it is normal to get your menstrual cycle around 40 days after giving birth after this if you’re exclusively breast-feeding your baby then you may or may not get your cycles even up to 6 to 12 months. yes it is normal.
please take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
but if you have heavy discharge then please visit your gynecologist for once.
