hii all, how can I boost energy of my 5.5 years old daughter. She becomes tired very soon

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Persistent tiredness can indicate vitamin deficiency. Get your child personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice.
