Hii after laparoscopic tubectomy can I lift my baby (11kg)after 1month r do I need to take one more month

A. Hello good morning !! Yes after surgery it is suggested not to lift weights. As baby is 10 kg+ you need to be careful and avoid for few more weeks(2-3 weeks). You can do all your chores but avoid weight lifting,bending,standing long hours,using stairs... Take help from family members while lifting baby .
