A. Hi parent Please don't use RO water for drinking , anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food ,maida , sugar etc. Take sunbath daily Walk more. Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Use ayurvedic mild shampoo Use more probiotics millets and citrus fruits.
