Have loss half of my hair volume n hair is bcmmng thinner n thinner more thn 100 hair falls frm roots wht can I do plz help

please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
apply sarso oil or Coconut oil daily on your hair
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder
or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight) with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
