hiee I m 30 yr old.. I hv delivered a baby last month by normal delivery. when can i use tummy Tucker belt to reduce belly fat? n upto how many months I hv to use it... n what time I should use it. full day??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. abdomen bandaging is being advised after delivery so that to maintain proper health of the internal organs so it is advised to tie it for about two months you can use a cotton saree for abdomen bandaging which is more comfortable and effective

You Can use a tummy tuck belt if you want to use it but it is going to keep your tummy in place it is not going to help in reducing it down it will just avoid sagging of the tummy so you can use it so from the day one of your delivery if you’re comfortable and for about good 40 days to 2 months you can very well use it more if you want to
