hie. i m mom to my 3 mnth old son i m worried abt my milk supply reduction. pls suggest me sm tricks to continue breast feeding.

A. hello mum and baby take some Indica the breast milk supply also increases so if you feel like a surprise lesson given for every 1 hour so that produce sufficient for your baby to me also take some food for feeding your baby that will help you produce some milk
