Hie Can someone help me what this is on my baby’s neck left side,right side and middle of the neck from past few days. She is fine and active as usual

A. It’s a rash probably due to heat so you can apply calamine lotion regularly on this area and if needed you can also apply candidate dusting powder to avoid further sweating and irritation into the area
