hi yesterday I got vaccinated with covishiepd today my baby got rashes on leg and upper lip my baby is four months old is it something serious

Because a lot of kids are facing lots of different issues when mothers are taking vaccination in their feeding the child so it’s very normal maybe your child has suffered because of your vaccination issue only so as of now apply calamine lotion on to that place
