Hi why does the elbow and knees become dark for 1year old baby, cab we apply any cream to go off

I would advise you to take a potato potato cut it into half and rub that on to the specific area that suits you otherwise you can make out potato juice if you possibly can and you can do a massage on to that area with that leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it do it at least one time in the day
