Hi , what is the normal range of AFI . I am 27 week pregnant. My AFI is 18.3 cm . Doctor said it is slightly on higher side . How to reduce amonotic fluid around the baby to come in the range of normal AFI . I am taking protein powder and tender coconut are they the reason of increase in AFI. Please help in this regard

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. an normal afi level must be 8 to 18.. it is slighty higher side. better to talk to ur own treati g doctor , he or sge will guide you better.
