Hi what food we can give to 11 and half month old baby in cold and cough

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of thef time supportive treatment is given.
along with that coughg c expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Maintain hydration
