Ma’am these are not pregnancy symptoms you know pregnancy is not a disease that you have symptoms some women don’t know when they’re pregnant and someone can know because they’ve constant vomiting and sometimes it could probably be spinning in the head and all but that also does not guarantee pregnancy so for confirmation you will have to go for a test
