Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello dear parent, grey hair is usually due to deficiency of supplements like vitamin and minerals. You should give green vegetables, pulses and fruits to eat. Also make daily mohair hair with oil massage like coconut oil ,etc
