Hi, this is Ramiza like this is my fifth month after the delivery I am. I’m losing a lot of hair from my head. It’s a lot of hair, so I went to the doctor, so he prescribe me the t biotin plus tablet for 30 days so it’s that good for the breastfeeding mom

Biotin tablets calcium multivitamin omega-3 and iron all these things can be taken during the time of lactation and if this has been prescribed by your doctor only then it would be safe only so please trust your doctor and proceed with what is been recommended
