Hi, This is hema. Mother for 1 year 10 months old baby and i am a working women from home. for fast one month I am overthinking like how baby played that time how I took care.. when I started giving him toys... like that many questions, I am thinking about answers. because of that I am having lack of present mind. how I can overcome that?

See it is very important at this age and stage that you spend proper time with your child I agree that you’re working mother from home but you must be having specific specific time duration so after that spend time with your child more and more and play with your child kind of toys you are giving educational books you’re giving you have to be a part of those toys and books to play with your child and do not overthink as the time will pass as the time you spend with your child you will learn and understand how do you need to do it
