hi this is ayesha pls can u tell me how increase breast milk ? wht to do. i have less supply breast milk pls help me regatlrd this bcz i want to feed my child breast milk not formula milk

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavri powder with cow milk twice a day.. also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning.. Alps increase the intake of garlic, ginger, dairy products and green leaves vegetables in your daily diet.
