Q.

Hi there! my son is 2 years 4 months old since yesterday i've stopped breastfeeding him n nw my breast is heavy with milk n its hurting me what can i do to get relief from this breast pain n also want to get rid of milk supply please help😑

A. you can express the milk this will help in decreasing the pain and you can also go for hot fomentation and you can take paracetamol for pain and gradually ee this heaviness will decrease with time
