hi... suggest food for increasing immunity level.

A. dear mum, to increase your child's immunity, balanced homemade diet is the basis. baby's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, powdered nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger should be included.
