hi started to wean my baby she is 6 months,upto which month salt is to be avoided.

A. Hello mom normally from the age of one you can use salt , but if used in small quantities not more thana pinch or two is fine. You can opt for lemon juices , seedha salt ot rock salt

A. good morning it is recommended to avoid salt and sugar up to the age of 12 months I would recommend you to introduce cerelac you can start giving potato pure fresh fruit puree to the child
