hi started to wean my baby she is 6 months,upto which month salt is to be avoided.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom normally from the age of one you can use salt , but if used in small quantities not more thana pinch or two is fine. You can opt for lemon juices , seedha salt ot rock salt
