Q.

Hi sir.. which type of banana is good for babies? red banana is good or not? How can i give banana to baby., which method is safe., steamed banana is safe? or directly mashed banana is safe?

A. can give any type of banana, it should be well ripe, can start it after 6 mth of completion in puree form till than do continue ebf. all the best
