Q.

Hi sir, We started feeding Ragi to our 6 month baby. Post that he feels so much discomfort in pooping and urinate and he was struggling whole night will it be a problem.

A. hi, make sure to feed ragi in well cooked form. Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate. give sipes of water after each solid feed. may give colic aid drop

A. Not all babies get constipated eating ragi porridge. But yes, it may constipate some babies. Reason is very simple, fiber foods need more water to get digested well.
