Hi sir, Now a days kids getting matured at early ages oly .... We know for this all processed and steroids food r reason..... so wat type of food we want to give to stop matured early

A. Junk food if you can avoid nothing like it maybe once in 10 to 15 days you can give or you can make it something fresh at home you know at least you know that you’re not adding anything which is unhealthy for their child second thing would be that check with the milk that you are giving should not be super fat that the child is gaining quickly with that because of the child gain quickly that he is a milk is not good so these are the basic things that you need to take care of during this time
