Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Application of c calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question some kids to get rashes when they get very high fever so don't worry about it go away on its own and you don't need to apply anything on it you just need to try and get the fever and the control and this can be done by making sure taking a prescribed medication from your pediatrician and doing sponge bathing
