Q.

hi sir my son was 5m old his birth weight 3kg now 6kgnot increasing weight ...I'm having enough breast milk but he is not taking properly nowadays nd his urine output is less in summercan I give water or can I start solids pls suggest me...he is active only but urine is less

A. we should make sure that the baby has doubled the birth weight by 5 month Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.
