Hi Sir, My son is having low grade fever (not more than 99) from last 3 days and has stuffed nose. A local doctor advised us to give PCM (SOS) and azithromycin 200 XL for 5 days.. i have given him 3 doses till now but still he gets fever at a gap of 15-20 hrs that too only 99%.. he is active and is eating food also. Can please guide me what i can do.

A. okay no problem k. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
